Work engagement improves workplace well-being. DRA highlights trust, friendly interaction, development through work and support from your community at work.
Flexible working hours and independence of location where one works have always been part of DRA’s workplace culture. We invest in physical ergonomics and energy, but also in cognitive ergonomics, i.e. the possibility to concentrate on one’s own tasks without unnecessary interruptions. Pertinent elements also include independence, encouragement as well as ‘DRA’s House Rules’ created on basis of DRA’s values.
